Mobile Massage in Lake Nona

Relaxation Swedish, deep tissue, or a custom session — brought to your home in Lake Nona, table and all.

Lake Nona runs newer and quieter than most of Orlando — a lot of the homes here are still being lived in by the first people to own them, which tends to mean a guest room or a home office that converts easily into a treatment space. A clear 8-by-10-foot area is all I need, and most Lake Nona floor plans have one without any rearranging.

The massage menu is the same three sessions wherever I travel, because the work itself doesn't change with the neighborhood. Quiet Meadow is relaxation Swedish, long and slow, for when the goal is simply to slow down. Deep Root is deep tissue, firm and sustained, for tension that's settled in rather than passed through. Sage Reset is the signature session — myofascial release, trigger point work, and lymphatic flow, built entirely from your intake rather than a fixed routine. All three are available at 50 minutes, 80 minutes, or a full 2 hours, selected at booking rather than listed here as a wall of numbers.

If a facial is what you're after instead, Clear Horizons is a single clinical facial built on South Korean botanical formulations, with add-ons for hydration, acne, or anti-aging chosen at intake. Body sculpting — The Current — is also available, for guests working toward something over a few weeks rather than one appointment.

Every visit starts with a short intake and you're draped with a sheet throughout. New guests get $25 off their first visit. Lake Nona sits well within the 25-mile radius from Orlando that the standard rate covers, so a travel fee rarely applies here.

Quick Questions

Do you travel to Lake Nona regularly?

Yes — it's one of the areas close enough to home base that I'm there often. Booking ahead still helps, but it's not a special trip to get here.

Is there a travel fee for Lake Nona?

Lake Nona is well within the standard 25-mile radius from Orlando, so a travel fee doesn't usually apply.

Can I book for a townhome or apartment, not just a house?

Yes — as long as there's a clear 8-by-10-foot space for the table and somewhere reasonably close to park or load in from.
